2024 Panini Origins Football takes a more artistic approach to its cards and designs. As the name suggests, there’s also a major focus of the season’s rookie class, which extends to both the base set, the product’s autographs as well as many of its other inserts.
Hobby boxes aren’t big, carrying just seven cards. However, they still manage to deliver three hits including an autographed memorabilia card and another signature.
2024 Panini Origins Football Checklist Overview
The main set has 150 cards, which breaks down to 100 veterans and retired stars as well as another 50 rookies. As usual for Origins, players are cast against an abstract background.
Parallels combine to land two per box and include:
- Red – /149
- Orange – /125
- Blue – /99
- Silver – /75
- Turquoise – /50
- Gold – /25
- Purple – /17
- Green – /10
- Pink – /3
- Black – 1/1
- Printing Plates – 1/1
Rookies also have a handful of additional Holo versions that are exclusive to international blasters.
While not everything is hard signed, on-card autographs are plentiful in Origins. This includes Rookie Autographs.
Top rookies have some tougher signatures based on their position. These include Receiving Stars and Passing Stars.
Dual and Triple Autographs continue with the on-card theme.
Rookie Jumbo Jersey Autographs is one of the few spots that opt for stickers, which has historically been the case for these in past Origins sets.
The freshman theme carries over to other memorabilia sets like Rookie Patches and Rookie Jumbo Jerseys.
The 2024 Panini Origins Football checklist has several standard insert sets as well including Blank Slate, Origin Story and the international blaster-exclusive Big Bang.
